Please check the batteries in the pen are working and the pen buzzes when the tip is pressed. Check the cable from the control box on the back of the board to the PC is connected OK. Check the small pins in the connector to the control box on the back of the board are not damaged. Is there a green led on the control box? Doe s it turn red when the pen is pressed to the board?
